I have released multiple Solstice inspired EPs but never anything for Halloween. I had never heard of Samhain until I did some research into the origins of Halloween. Here's what I found:

Samhain (a Gaelic word pronounced “sow-win”) is a pagan religious festival originating from an ancient Celtic spiritual tradition. It is usually celebrated from October 31 to November 1 to welcome in the harvest and usher in “the dark half of the year.” Celebrants believe that the barriers between the physical world and the spirit world break down during Samhain, allowing more interaction between humans and denizens of the Otherworld.

So, here are a couple of tracks inspired by this time of year. Samhain 1 has a kind of an 80s horror movie soundtrack vibe going on.

Samhain 2 is more somber and elegaic. It's perfect for the ever shortening days. It includes tracks from Paul Mallatratt's Nightwatch album embedded in the mix.
